For the safety of our guests and to protect our facility, security cameras are placed in open areas. You can pair the sauna with the ice baths for an optimal hot/cold therapy experience. A toilet and fully private changing area are available for your convenience after your session. This cozy spot promotes wellness and relaxation, helping to relieve tension and enhance recovery, leaving you revitalized and balanced.

Our entire upstairs area is yours to enjoy, offering an expansive and fully private space for ultimate relaxation and recovery. This luxurious suite features a large traditional sauna, perfect for solo use or groups of up to 10 (please contact us for bookings of more than 4 people).

Complementing the sauna is an Odin ice bath, which fits up to 2 people, along with an outdoor shower nestled within the bamboo. Designed for use between heat and cold therapy, the shower offers a refreshing transition, enhancing your wellness experience in peaceful natural surroundings.
The suite also includes three showers, with two full bathrooms and toilets, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy throughout your visit.
For the safety of our guests and the protection of our facility, security cameras are placed in all open areas. Please keep this in mind and ensure that swimwear is worn at all times.
