My Recovery Lounge offers a PRIVATE and hygienic space for a variety of effective recovery sessions, including ice baths, saunas, compression boots, myotherapy, and IV therapy. Having experienced their ice bath, sauna, and compression boots, I'm eager to schedule another session. I had the massive upstairs facility to myself for the whole session, allowing me to have a peaceful and private session.

Jason and his team are so friendly and very knowledgeable, willingly addressing any queries or concerns I had during my session.

The affordability of My Recovery Lounge's services is an added bonus, encouraging me to incorporate more regular recovery sessions into my training routine.
