As both a powerlifter and runner, there is nothing more important than a good affective enjoyable recovery session. My Recovery Lounge offers a PRIVATE and hygienic space for a variety of effective recovery sessions, including ice baths, saunas, compression boots, myotherapy, and IV therapy. Having experienced their ice bath, sauna, and compression boots, I'm eager to schedule another session. I had the massive upstairs facility to myself for the whole session, allowing me to have a peaceful and private session.

Jason and his team are so friendly and very knowledgeable, willingly addressing any queries or concerns I had during my session.

The affordability of My Recovery Lounge's services is an added bonus, encouraging me to incorporate more regular recovery sessions into my training routine. This place is amazing.  Jason offers an incredible experience.  The amenities are top notch and under Jason's guidance my husband and I have been able to strengthen  our mental stamina, and experience  something many would never do.
The concept of Getting into ice cold water is so weird but the feeling after is worth it.
